At Thor Mechanical, we live for a proper build—and this Ram 2500 Crew Cab Cummins Diesel came in with one clear mission: more power, better towing, and a setup the whole family could rely on for long-haul caravanning across WA. 

We started under the bonnet with a full Banks power upgrade: Monster Ram Intake, Ram Airbox, Boost Tubes, and a Pedal Monster for smoother throttle control and better response, especially when towing. A Banks Differential Cover keeps temps down when it’s working hard, while PPE’s Thermal Bypass and Deep Transmission Pan help the trans run cooler and stronger. To protect it all, we added Black Market Performance’s Primary and Secondary Fuel Filters, plus a Coolant Filter—because clean fuel and coolant mean fewer problems and longer life out on the road.

For suspension, we installed Fox Elite 2.5 shocks and King coil springs, paired with Boss airbags, turning this Ram into a towing dream. It soaks up WA’s rough tracks while staying stable and comfortable for the family. Accessories? You bet. An Off Road Creative bull bar with a Baja Design Light Bar takes care of protection and night visibility. A Carbon Tank 15K winch means self-recovery is never a question, and a roof rack from Outback Kitters handles all the gear. We added an AMP Research electric step for easier entry, and a Pace Edwards electric tonneau cover to keep the tray neat and secure.

With a Titan long-range tank, REDARC dual battery system, ARB compressor, and a GME CB radio, this build is ready to go remote with confidence.
